Taj Mahal is the symbol of love situated in Agra, India. Its foundation was laid in 1628 called golden age of Mughals upon the order of Mughal ruler Shah Jahan. This great construction was built to enclose the tomb of the favorite queen Mumtaz Mahal whose unlimited love, beauty and ability made her able to sleep in a forever standing building among many other queens.

It has been a wonder of the world for hundreds of years and presenting the story of its queen lying in her last resting place inside the building. It took more than 20 years to construct the monument.

Taj mahal is the worldly well known construction of Mughal era. It is Mughal architecture including Islamic way of construction, Persian and Indian. Thousands of men had been appointed to build it. More than six types of marble including white marble had been used in its construction beside these different types of tiles, precious and semi-precious gem stones are the parts of the Taj.The towers on the corners of the building are made up of red sandstone with small domes.

The calligraphy on each wall of the building is simply outstanding and is a self-speaking proof of the early craftsmen and their skills. The outer layer of the building is a not less than a modern scientific building having the property of changing its face with the change in time, looks bluish in moon light, yellow in evening, red at the time of sunset and white at day time.
